INDUSTRIAL OVEN
CONSTRUCTION:
All Equipment’s are housed in ventilated sheet steel cubicles and contain an Arrangement of high power silicon Diodes a main double wound transformer and regulator assembly. On the front of the cubicle are fitted a moving coil, flush mounted Amp. Meter and Volt Meter.
MAIN TRANSFORMER:
The main transformer is doubly wound, Vacuum pressurised impregnated and specially treated to withstand acid-fumes, humidity etc. And designed for continuous operation at high efficiency.
SILICON DIODES:
The Silicon Diodes are mounted on aluminium heat sink structures, Silicon Diodes are factory tasted, operated under simulated abnormal condition of actual service and protected against storage charge, current surges and thermal run away etc.to work round the clock without failure.
STEPLESS REGULATOR:
The steeples regulator to achieve smooth setting of current. The steeples regulator is oil-immersed and housed in a steel tank with usual fittings. A terminal chamber is provided for input and output terminal.
